Rent is due on the first of every month. Ridgefield Gardens has online rent payments for our residents’ convenience.

There is free street parking and one parking tag per apartment to park one car in our lots on a first come first serve basis. We also offer assigned parking for $100 and garages for $150.

Yes! We have a $300.00 non-refundable pet deposit. See our pet policy for more information.

Yes and thanks for referring your friends and family! There is a $250 resident referral bonus for a signed lease.
